June 12, 2023 | Perenco Congo SA earlier this year commissioned four wells in Boatou field, 55 km off the coast of Point-Noire, Republic of Congo, and 7 km from neighbouring Likouala infrastructure. Perenco and its partners (Société Nationale des Pétroles du Congo, Africa Oil & Gas Corp., and PetroCongo SA) obtained a new 20-year operating permit for Boatou and have added 4,500 bo/d to production via the four wells.
