Jan. 16, 2023 | Sinopec and Ineos will partner 50:50 on Sinopec’s grassroots 1.2-million tpy ethane cracker complex under construction in Tianjin Province, China. Tianjin Nangang Ethylene Project will incorporate 12 other downstream plants, including 300,000-tpy ABS and 500,000-tpy HDPE units. The companies expect commissioning by yearend 2023.
