Spirit Energy, Aberdeen, has named Nick Harrison as chief financial officer.
Harrison joins the company with more than 30 years of experience working in the energy sector, having previously held positions with Repsol Sinopec, Talisman Energy, and Shell.
Spirit Energy is owned by two shareholders, Centrica plc (69%), and Stadtwerke München GmbH SWM (31%), and holds interest in 25 producing fields in the UK and the Netherlands.
