Targa Resources Corp., Houston, has named Jennifer R. Kneale to serve as president, finance and administration. Kneale, who previously served as chief financial officer since 2018, will continue to report to Matthew J. Meloy, Targa’s chief executive officer (OGJ Online, Feb. 1, 2018).
William A. Byers will join Targa as chief financial officer, reporting to Kneale. Byers previously served as chief financial officer at Manchester Energy LLC and as executive vice-president and chief financial officer at Navitas Midstream Partners LLC.
Both appointments were effective July 22, 2024.
