ExxonMobil makes leadership change

ExxonMobil has appointed Matt Crocker to succeed Karen McKee as president, ExxonMobil Product Solutions Co., and vice-president Exxon Mobil Corp., upon McKee's retirement.

ExxonMobil has appointed Matt Crocker as president, ExxonMobil Product Solutions Co. and vice-president Exxon Mobil Corp. Crocker succeeds Karen T. McKee, who will retire from the roles, effective May 1, 2025. McKee will retire after 34 years of service.

Crocker, who has been president, Global Business Solutions, since 2023, joined ExxonMobil in 1995 at the Fawley Refinery in the UK. Prior to his current role, Crocker held senior vice-president and vice-president positions across ExxonMobil’s Low Carbon Solutions, Product Solutions, and Upstream businesses, and progressed through refining and chemicals positions across operations including Baytown, Baton Rouge, and Fawley.
