Former executives of Whitney Oil & Gas LLC have formed Array Petroleum LLC, a privately held oil and gas producer based in New Orleans.
Whitney Oil & Gas now is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trimont Energy Ltd., Pittsburgh.
Array Petroleum seeks to acquire and operate production in South Louisiana and shallow, state, and federal waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Jim Zotkiewicz is Array’s president and senior geology and exploration officer.
