ExxonMobil Signs MoU for Libya
ExxonMobil Corp. signed an MoU with the National Oil Corp. (NOC) of Libya to conduct a detailed technical study of four offshore blocks near the northwest coast and Sirte basin. The MoU establishes a geological and geophysical study to identify the hydrocarbon resources in these blocks.
The MoU also restarts the partnership between NOC and ExxonMobil after a decade-long hiatus.
