Robert Foss, Chief Financial Officer of Vaquero Energy Inc., is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience across the U.S., Canada, U.K., Europe, and South America. His expertise spans P&L responsibilities in natural gas, oil, and power, covering utilities, midstream, upstream, and commodity trading. Foss has led the construction of domestic and global power plants and successfully closed over $2B in midstream and upstream deals. He transformed struggling operations into profitable ventures, generating $35M in annual revenue and delivering a 10% yield. Foss facilitated a $500M value creation for private equity owners, exiting 90% of entities successfully. 

His leadership roles include CEO, CFO, Chief Compliance Officer, and VP of Operations. He has sat on multiple boards and holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of North Dakota, with a certificate in Board-Level IT Security from Carnegie Mellon. 

Tyson Greer

Tyson Greer leads the Software organization at Quorum and is responsible for product and technology direction in addition to overseeing innovation, engineering, product management & customer success across the company’s entire portfolio of software solutions serving the energy value chain. 
 
With over 15 years of experience in both technology and energy, he brings a unique depth and breadth of expertise to the role, along with a proven track record of innovation and leadership in high-performing teams. While at Quorum he has filled a variety of roles including product management, software development, solutions consulting and leading Quorum’s Energy Transportation and Marketing vertical. Greer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University. 

Duncan McDonald

Duncan McDonald is a seasoned leader in the energy software industry with over 20 years of expertise, bringing high value products and integrated solutions to market. Currently the Senior Vice President of North American Upstream and Renewables at Quorum Software, he has significantly influenced the creation of innovative software solutions for the energy sector. 
  
Duncan co-founded COGS Solutions in 2004, a software company focused on Capital lifecycle management for oil and gas companies. He led and grew COGS through its acquisition by 3esi in 2014, which later became Aucerna where Duncan took on a key role, running global Product Management. He became part of the Quorum family after a 2021 merger with Aucerna. During this time he focused on dismantling organizational silos, enhancing efficiency, streamlining operations, and ensuring future readiness for its customers and the industry. 
  
Outside of work, Duncan prioritizes family with his wife of 24 years and three children. He also values community and is an avid skier. Additionally, he continues to pursue his lifelong passion for writing and recording music. His journey exemplifies how a diversity of experiences can shape a successful career in the energy sector.
