Phillips 66 Carrier LLC, a Phillips 66 subsidiary, has launched a binding expansion open season for the Seminoe pipeline system to solicit shipper commitments for services from Billings, Mont., to Casper, Wyo.

The open season seeks shippers to secure long-term refined product transportation under binding transportation services agreements.

The expansion includes new takeaway capacity of 5,800 b/d expected to be available during second-quarter 2023.

The expansion open season began Aug. 12. No closing date was provided.
