Superior Pipeline acquires natural gas gathering, processing in Kansas

Superior Pipeline Co. LLC, Tulsa, Okla., has completed the acquisition of a 1,620-mile natural gas gathering system and an 85-MMcfd cryogenic processing plant in central Kansas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Superior is a 50-50 joint venture of Unit Corp. and SP Investor Holdings LLC, a holding company jointly owned by OPTrust and funds managed and/or advised by Partners Group.
