In many ways, the energy transition is rushing forward, and that notion is infused all the way down this newsletter: Hydrogen is quickly emerging as a viable zero-emission fuel and the government is supporting energy storage while the courts hold state agencies accountable to environmental law. But with those advancements come speed bumps and danger, as you’ll see in one story, as well as questions on future growth. It’s clear that while there’s still a long road ahead, we’re well on the way in our journey.
