Ms. Adair is Chief Executive Officer at Muse where she consults with a wide variety of client groups on valuation and due diligence issues associated with both public and private transactions in the energy sector. Since joining Muse in 1992, she has taken an active role in the firm’s assignments related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and project assessment/development for clients in the transportation, processing, refining, marketing, and electrical generation sectors of the energy industry. In addition to her business valuation skills, Ms. Adair has extensive industry experience gained in a 10-year career at ARCO Oil & Gas Company where she led efforts in project evaluation/development, held several positions in operations management, and gained direct commercial experience as a crude oil trader. Ms. Adair holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering and an M.B.A. with concentration in finance. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
