Jerry Hines

Jerry Hines is the North American oil and gas manager for the National Instruments Energy Segment. Although this segment includes both conventional and renewable energy as well as utility and smart grid applications, Jerry focuses solely on the oil and gas industry. Jerry is a 14-year NI veteran and has worked on these energy applications within North America for over 10 years. He collaborates closely with global clients such as Halliburton, Schlumberger, Syncrude, Weatherford, and many other oil and gas service companies. Jerry assists clients in system implementations that include drilling control, well completions, well service, well stimulation, and machine condition monitoring (asset health monitoring). He also participates in energy-related conferences and summits across North America for which he frequently sits on technology panels and delivers presentations on how these applications use technology.
