Lionel Jagnanan

Lionel has more than 40 years of domestic and international experience. He has held progressive leadership and management roles including but not limited to program / project management, project engineering and engineering construction management. His assignments on EPC projects has also included the responsibility for start-up and commissioning, maintenance and installations, contract administration/management, safety, planning, personnel supervision and training, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, material and equipment management and risk management. Lionel has extensive experiences in the following Industries: refining, HPI / oil & gas, petrochemical, chemicals, utility / power, minerals and mining, information technology, communications, software/hardware development, networking, distributive control systems and instrumentation. He meets a broad array of operational, business, technical, financial and markets challenges with innovation, foresight, and action. He has the ability to create common vision, build team rapport and consensus among diverse cultural groups, cross functional groups, develops and executes strategies, and deploys resources to achieve safe execution and successful results.
International Assignments include Venezuela: Two‑year loan assignment from ExxonMobil to PDVSA and four‑year Saudi Arabia Loan assignment from ExxonMobil to Saudi Aramco; managed several International upgrade projects. He has also worked on projects in eleven other countries.
