Parks joins Seaport Global Securities as managing director

During his three decades in the drilling, merger and acquisition advisory, and investment banking sectors, Parks cofounded Parks, Paton, Hoepfl, & Brown (PPHB), an investment banking firm servicing the oil field services sector; led oil field services investment banking efforts at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), CIBC World Markets, and Dain Rauscher Wessels, which became part of the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC); and spent 18 years at Dual Drilling Co., starting on the rig floor and eventually becoming executive vice-president and chief financial officer.
