PBF Energy Inc. has named Karen B. Davis as interim chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1, 2023.
The company in November noted the planned resignation of C. Erik Young to pursue other professional opportunities. His resignation is effective Dec. 20, 2022.
Davis previously served as executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Western Refining Inc. and its affiliated entities, Western Refining Logistics LP and Northern Tier Energy LP through May 2017. She has served as an independent director of PBF Energy since Jan. 1, 2020, and the chairperson of the audit committee since Oct. 1, 2020.
In connection with the assumption of the duties of interim chief financial officer, Davis will step down from the board of directors of PBF Energy Inc.
PBF Energy Inc. is an independent refiner operating, through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related infrastructure in California, Delaware, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Ohio.
