CGX is a Canadian-based oil and gas exploration company focused on the exploration of oil in the Guyana-Suriname basin and the development of a deep water port in Berbice, Guyana.
The company spudded the Kawa-1 exploration well, offshore Guyana, on Aug. 22 (OGJ Online, Aug. 23, 2021). The well is expected to reach total depth in first-half December.
