Mendham to succeed Kobelka as Bonavista CFO

Bonavista Energy Corp., Calgary, has appointed Derek Mendham as chief financial officer, effective Nov. 1, succeeding Dean Kobelka who has resigned after 21 years with the company.

Mendham brings 27 years of progressively senior finance and accounting experience in the Canadian E&P, oilfield services, and capital market sectors. He recently was a founder and the chief financial officer of Modern Resources Inc.
