Delek US Holdings appoints executive VP, chief commercial officer

Delek US Holdings Inc. has appointed Todd O'Malley as executive vice-president and chief commercial officer, effective Mar. 1.

Prior to joining Delek in 2021, O'Malley served as a special advisor to a number of private equity and public company chief executive officers and boards regarding corporate strategy, M&A/divestments, financial structuring, and commercial optimization. He previously held positions at Citizens Cos. (president and chief executive officer), Gulf Oil (executive vice-president and chief commercial officer), PBF Logistics (president), and PBF Energy (senior vice-president and chief commercial officer).
