Oil & Gas Journal is looking to learn more—and share more—about how the industry is recruiting, retaining, and elevating both field talent such as welders and roughnecks as well as technical talent such as engineers and geologists.
We’re focusing on young workers with 3 years or less of experience, a group perpetually in high demand among companies competing for skilled tradespeople and scientists.
