GulfMark Offshore announces new controller

GulfMark Offshore, Inc., Houston, announced the appointment of Carla S. Mashinski as controller effective immediately.

HOUSTON, April 6 -- GulfMark Offshore Inc., Houston, appointedf Carla S. Mashinski as controller, effective immediately.

Mashinski most recently served as vice-president of finance transformation and controller at Duke Energy North America for 2 years and worked for 2 years before that as Duke Energy International controller.
