Rykhoek had served as senior vice-president and chief financial officer.
Evans most recently served as senior vice-president of reservoir engineering.
Allen most recently served as vice-president and chief accounting officer.
Gareth Roberts stepped down as president and chief executive officer, became co-chairman, and assumed a nonofficer role as its chief strategist.
