HOUSTON, Dec. 30 -- C. Scott Wilson has joined United Heritage Corp., Cleburne, Tex., as chief executive officer and president.
With 28 years' experience, Wilson is to direct company operations following the investment made by Lothian Oil Inc. He held senior energy lending-managerial positions at Western Bank, CIBC World Markets, Wolfden, Sterling Bank, and most recently Mizuho Corporate Bank.
