bp lets EPC contract extension for work in Oman

bp has let a 2-year contract extension to joint venture of Worley and Special Technical Services LLC (STS) to provide engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services to the operator’s Khazzan gas assets in the Sultanate of Oman.

The previous 5-year contract was reported in April 2018. Services include brownfield projects and turnarounds, which will help to sustain the life of bp’s existing assets in Oman. Worley’s services will be led by Worley’s Oman office.
