The tiebacks will connect two templates to the nearby Neptune-operated Gjøa platform (OGJ Online, May 11, 2020). Gjøa P1 is on track to achieve first oil 2 months ahead of schedule. Final fabrication of the tie-in spools for the development projects is ongoing at TechnipFMC’s spoolbase in Evanton, UK (OGJ Online, Apr 3, 2019). The manufacture of both Duva and Gjøa P1 subsea manifolds is nearing completion, and full system integration testing is underway.

Neptune is operator (30%) in PL636 with partners Idemitsu Petroleum Norge (30%), Pandion Energy (20%), and Wellesley Petroleum (20%). Neptune is also operator (30%) at PL153 with partners OKEA ASA (12%), Petoro AS (30%), and Wintershall DEA Norge AS (28%).
