Equinor Energy AS has been granted a permit by the Norwegian Offshore Directorate to drill in the Norwegian Sea.
Exploration well 6406/6-7 S will be drilled by the Deepsea Atlantic semisubmersible drilling rig in production license 1119 beginning in October.
Equinor is operator of the license with 50% interest. Partners are OKEA ASA (30%) and Pandion Energy AS (20%).
