Neptune Energy has let an integrated engineering, procurement, construction, and installation contract to TechnipFMC for the Duva and Gjoa P1 oil and gas development projects in the Norwegian North Sea in 375 m of water.
The contract covers the delivery and installation of subsea equipment including umbilicals, rigid flowlines, and subsea production system. TechnipFMC values the contract at $250-500 million.
Neptune Energy and its partners plan to develop in parallel Duva oil and gas field and an extension designated P1 of Gjoa oil and gas field with subsea completions tied back to the Gjoa platform on PL153 (OGJ Online, Oct. 2, 2018; Feb. 21, 2019). Neptune Energy Norge operates both fields.
PL153 (Gjoa) interests are Neptune Energy Norge and Petoro AS, 30% each; Wintershall Norge AS, 20%; OKEA, 12%; and DEA Norge, 8%.
PL636 (Duva) interests holders are Neptune Energy Norge and Idemitsu Petroleum Norge AS, 30% each; Pandion Energy AS, 20%; and Wellesley Petroleum AS, 20%.
