Aker BP ASA has been granted a drilling permit for a well in production license 1005 northeast of Trondheim.
Aker BP ASA has been granted a drilling permit by the Norwegian Offshore Directorate for wildcat well 6405/7-4 in production license 1005 northeast of Trondheim in the Norwegian Sea.
The well will be drilled by the Scarabeo 8 semisubmersible rig.
Aker BP is operator at PL 1005 (40%) with partners Vår Energi ASA (40%) and A/S Norske Shell (20%).
