Norway’s daily production averaged 1.982 million bbl in August 2024, the Norwegian Offshore Directorate (NOD) reported. The figure is down from the 2.079 million b/d produced in July 2024 (OGJ Online, Aug. 20, 2024).
Average daily liquids production in August consists of 1.765 million b/o, 198,000 bbl of NGL, and 19,000 bbl of condensate.
Oil production in August is 7.5% more than the NOD’s forecast and 3.3% higher than the forecast so far this year.
