Equinor Energy AS has been granted a drilling permit by the Norwegian Offshore Directorate.
Equinor will drill well 6608/10-R-2 H with the Transocean Encourage semisubmersible drilling rig in production license (PL) 128.
Equinor is operator at PL 128 (63.95%) with partners Petoro AS (24.5%) and Vår Energi ASA (11.5%).
