Petroceltic renamed Sunny Hill Energy

Petroceltic International PLC, London, has been renamed Sunny Hill Energy.

The privately held investment company holds a large interest in Ain Tsila gas and condensate field under development in Algeria and owns oil and gas concessions in Egypt, a gas production-to-storage conversion project offshore Bulgaria, and an exploration license in Italy.
